I don't think that this swimmer (alleged) actually existed and went missing. I have followed the obituaries for any signs and checked the internet looking for more info on a missing swimmer. Nothing found. Furthermore, two hundred yards with the roughness of the water would preclude someone from clearly observing such an incident.
