I like the beaches and Pier in Oceanside, CA. I like to be out past the breakers year-round when my abilities permit.

Epidural Status
This is my third wake-up after the epidurals and I'm still hurtin'. Disappointed. We'll see what plays out. I'm hoping for better response in the near future.

Are you doing specific physical therapy exercises daily?
ReplyDeleteNo, I did some off and on, but I'd have to say 'no' to giving physical therapy a true trial.
